It’s a bitter pill to swallow, you’ve invested in coaches over and over and your still sitting with a business that isn’t working behind the scenes of those pretty pictures, that have been posted online – Yes even I have been there!
This is what gives social media such a bad rep for false representation of people and businesses etc… People see what they want to see, because people share the message they want to share.
Businesses don’t publicly announce their existing issues behind the scenes to drive in new business. It’s just not how business is done. If a marketing campaign didn’t work, they reassess, review, make some tweaks and changes and then try again. Business growth and development can only be personal when you perceive it that way.
Business owners and businesses are here to inspire, and empower people, not serve them a cold dish of spaghetti and hope they smile and speak words of gratitude and buy anyway.
Whilst many will discuss failed business experiences later on down the line, this is purely to educate and share the lessons learnt, to help others. This is what businesses do. They share experiences to learn when they have also done the learning.
What happens behind closed doors is private and personal. You have no idea why that business owner had to take 3 months off, but is still doing the best they can in their business.
The reality for most is they are busting their guts trying to make it all work and come together, they’ve probably employed coach after coach, after coach to help them get out of their own way and grow your business and every single investment failed. – Do you resonate?
The truth is, throwing money at something to fix it, is not the answer, and many people misunderstand this point of investment.
Make sure you ditch those GURU’s who are telling you to invest, or you are going to fail, because that is utter BS.
The real reason you haven’t succeeded with some coaches is because they had a ONE track mind… To do what THEY are good at. To serve from their place of power and experience.
Not yours.
They didn’t have your mind… and they couldn’t get inside of your head to help you pull the answers you needed forward.
Why? They didn’t know how.
Not every coach you meet is going to be able to be able to help you overcome your resistance and fears, to move forward.
The same reason, you don’t know why all those investment packages work for everyone else but you and you blame yourself anyway. It’s really not your fault though . So take a deep breathe and relax those shoulders. There are many reasons those coaches / programmes / courses haven’t worked for you, here’s a few:
The issues most people have with the coaching industry is that there are too many – “let me show you what I did” situations and not enough, “let’s look at what you need, what you want and how you can bring out the best part of you to create a solid foundation for the future.”
There’s so much more to you, than just following some cookie cutter strategy, that isn’t going to work. The real power, passion and commitment will unlock when you decide you want to listen to your inner voice, and create your life and business the way you choose to. Not everyone will follow their inner voice to create success, and that’s cool for them.
